This blog was started in March 2012 when our alley, the Oudezijds Armsteeg, was transformed from a big garbage mountain mess to ourstreet gardens (geveltuinen), and an art gallery in the alley, with the help of the Gemeente Amsterdam. And now, several years later, our street is totally different. But we have decided to keep this blog for “historic” reference.
